This isn't a new knit, but it's all mine so I thought I'd go ahead and post it. I started working on this almost from the minute I found out I was pregnant with M. Of course I did not know yet that she would be a girl, so I chose a gender-neutral yarn. This is a Wonderful Wallaby knit in Elann's Naturelle 8/8. Lovely cheap unmercerized cotton that came on cones for insane prices. Thankfully I snatched up a bunch at the time and continue to acquire it when I can.

ohmygosh.
There's a glimpse of the grown up Mia in her face in this photo... beautiful.
Great knit job too.
What a beautiful sweater -- you continue to inspire me to keep at my little simple project that is resisting completion.
And how beautiful M is. Look at all that hair! Can't wait to meet her in person sometime, but I am so grateful that I will at least get to see you in a matter of days!
Am still working on the monster floorcloth. It's finally coming together and that makes it easier to remember that I love this work. What energy you get when you keep plugging away! Good luck on the other sweater(s) you are knitting!
