It's a Good Thing

I can be a bit of a homebody when the mood strikes. This morning the boy had soccer, and after that I had to run to the LYS for some black Cascade 220, but we are buckling down, enjoying hot chocolate and each other's company. For the weather outside is frightful. And the knits inside--so delightful.

Hope you're surviving the white stuff! Of course, we spent the whole day doing errands and running all over town with a blizzard going on about us. We got a lot done, but it was frustrating to waste a perfect knitting day doing everything but knitting. Fortunately, Mother Nature has given me a second chance with another snowy day tomorrow.

We suffered the same storm, only lighter, down here in Chicago area. Glad you were able to get some things done before you were bombarded! :-)

I don't mind frightful weather at all these days...because, as you have said, it is crunch time!

I myself didn't venture out until Sunday at 1 PM, and now my car door is suffering for it.

It would have been better with a Packer game, though.

I love being a homebody. Especially on cold days with my family around me.

Here in Canada, its suppose to be the coldest winter in 13years! Yuck! I don't mind staying in, but the kids sure do!
